FoxCodePlus - select the highlighted command

FoxCodePlus looks great and has a ton of features - thank you for this.

I'm having a very basic problem though. If I type in 'SQL' I see the list of matching commands but I can't select one. I've tried hitting Tab, space, (, Enter, and I can't get it to insert the highlighted choice into the document.

Hello Eric;

Thank you for your feedback.
I tried to simulate what you told me but everything is normal.
Is it happen with another command or function ?

I just did some more testing on it, because I thought perhaps it was a conflict with another program I was running? Restarted VFP with no other utilities running. Here's what I observed:
  • The IntelliSense gives me a flawless list every time, with the commands, functions, local vars, etc.
  • If I select a COMMAND (eg, SCAN, LOCATE, IF) everything works exactly as expected. I can select part of the command and hit Tab and it fills the rest in, and if I double up the Tab on an IF it gives me the template for IF>>ENDIF. Nice!
  • If I select a FUNCTION (eg. SQLConnect()) the Tab does not autocomplete. I only get as much as a typed. The IntelliSense dropdown does goes away.
I hope this is helpful in troubleshooting.

Hi Eric,
Yes Working with Tab or SpaceBar, But not working properly with Point(.) .

if we type "" showing result (thisform.grid1) perfect but when we press " . "
it is not writing the full statement it is writing only ""

Warm Regards,
