GDIPlusX Library version 1.20

Changes in this release:

Added more MetaFile support
- Added support for creating MetaFile as Stream
- Added support for MetaFileHeader
- Added support for Saving EMF files oMetaFile.Save("myImage.emf")
Added support for MetaFiles in reports when using imgCanvas class
- Use new DrawReport( ) method in reports to display imgCanvas as MetaFile
- Added code to allow imgCanvas to work when not hosted in a Form
Added support for MIME when saving images: oImg.Save("myimage.bmp","image/bmp")
Added code to force the _SCREEN.System object to instrantiate in the default datasession
Fixed a couple bugs related to CustomLineCaps
Added additional RenderMode : 5 to imgCanvas (PNG File)
Add a version checker for SYSTEM.APP (see readme)
Added intellisense shortcuts
Contains a change in how the class is instantiated from a private datasession
