when i initially load the opened the project it asked for me _Menu.vcx

it was looking in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9
in my case _Menu.Vcx its in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9\FFC
so i selected it
then it gave me a error which is shown every time i open the project
Project Error : An unspecified registry error occurred

on clicking ok it loads the project

i complied and when i run the app
an error massage Program Error : Member ACTIVEPROJECT does not evaluate to an object
Form1:Load
Set Path To (Addbs(_vfp.ActiveProject.HomeDir)+"VCX") Additive
clicked ignore, the msg is shown again,
Form1:Load
Set Default To (_vfp.ActiveProject.HomeDir)

clicked ignore the app runs

only in email the tree option is shown, rest options are blank

its dream come true, yesterday i was the demo of Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2007, it has bar menu, i was thinking to have it in my app also, and today i came across Outlook2003Bar,
Its too good.

Thanks

Tks for the feedback.

I think that this problem is related to the source control software that we are using.

I'll talk to VFPX managers about this and post the solution as soon as possible.

Hi Sharath.

The problem with "ActiveProject" occurs because you build an app and not an exe.

The problem with "Unspecified registry error" occurs because we are using a source control software and when you open the project, VFP can't find this software.
Like I said in other post, I will see that I can solve this.

Tks!

Hi Emerson,

> I think that this problem is related to the source control software that we are using.

What I do for GDIPlusX is maintain 2 projects, one for Source Control and one for distribution.

Hi Emerson

I created the EXE and its working fine.

Does the bar move UP (if I click on contact the email bar will move up and display contact menu tree)
or its fixed to its position

How to edit post ?

Thanks
I am Loving It

Hi Sharath.

Panel buttons are "fixed" because Outlook2003Bar "mimics" the behavior of Outlook 2003 listbar.

You can adjust the panel size (to show more or less buttons) clicking with mouse over the splitter and dragging them up or down.
